"Staff could’ve been friendlier"
I don’t know, the staff just came across a bit rude and like they were trying to rush me through. Maybe it was an off day, but it definitely didn’t feel like a very welcoming visit for me

"Apparently Tape Was Optional"
The box showed up crushed and barely taped, which was a fun little surprise. Luckily, the item inside somehow survived, but the packaging definitely gave off the impression that nobody was too worried about it. Maybe that’s just how they do things, but it’s not exactly what I expected. I probably wouldn’t order again if this is the usual standard.

"Felt like a bait and switch"
I’m not convinced these were legit at all. What I thought I was getting and what actually showed up felt totally different, like a bait and switch. I ended up feeling misled and wouldn’t buy them again.

Yeah, this wasn’t really as described. I thought I was getting one thing, but when it showed up, it just didn’t match the listing. Hard to explain beyond that, but the details felt off and it wasn’t what I had in mind based on the description

I found a few good deals here and there, so it’s not bad if you look around. But overall, a lot of the prices felt a bit higher than I expected. Might come back if there’s a sale or something

"Exchange took longer than expected"
The weird part is, the exchange did get sorted in the end, but I had to chase them a few times to get it moving. It wasn’t a huge issue, just slower than I expected and a bit annoying to keep following up.

"Shipping cost put me off"
I was pretty much ready to buy, then got to checkout and saw the shipping cost, and yeah, that kind of stopped me right there. The item itself seemed fairly priced at first, so I was thinking it was a decent deal, but once delivery got added on it just didn’t feel worth it anymore. It’s a bit annoying when the real total only shows up near the end, because by then you’ve already sort of decided, and then suddenly you’re rethinking the whole thing. Maybe it makes more sense if you’re ordering a bunch of stuff, I don’t know, but for just what I wanted it felt way too high. I probably wouldn’t bother again unless the shipping changes.

I ordered from thestreets.ie and it was grand overall, but I feel like it used to be a bit better. A few of the items I wanted were showing as out of stock, and it took a bit of messing around to find something else. I did get sorted in the end, but I wish the sizes and colours were kept more up to date. Not a bad experience, just not as smooth as I remember...

I placed my order and, honestly... barely heard anything after that. I kept having to check on it myself because I had no idea what was going on, which was frustrating. Just not really what I expected, and yeah... I wouldn’t be in a hurry to order again

"Tracking was all over the place"
The tracking for my order was useless. It never really updated the way it should, and then it said the package was delivered when it definitely wasn’t. That whole thing was really frustrating, and I didn’t get much help with it either.

"I ordered click and collect and…"
I ordered click and collect and got the message saying it was ready, so I went in expecting it to be quick. Instead, the staff couldn’t find my order anywhere and I felt like I was just being passed around without anyone really knowing what was going on. I ended up waiting ages and still left with nothing. There wasn’t even a proper update afterwards, which made it even more frustrating. not worth the hassle.

"Sizing was completely wrong"
I ordered my usual size, but what size chart were they using? It was way too small and didn’t fit anything like I expected from the guide. Isn’t the whole point of a size guide to help avoid this? Frustrating to have to deal with a return just because the sizing is so off

I tried to check out, but the payment options were limited. There wasn’t PayPal, which I usually use, and for some reason my card kept failing. Not really sure what the issue was, but after a few tries I just gave up and ordered from somewhere else

I ordered from Urban Vibes, but ended up needing a refund, and that’s where the whole thing started getting frustrating. At first I thought, grand, it’ll probably take a few days. But then days kept passing and I found myself checking again and again, hoping for some proper update. Nothing clear ever seemed to come through. It’s just really annoying when your money is tied up and you’re left wondering what’s going on. the whole experience has put me off ordering from them again.

"Pretty disappointed with the condition"
The item showed up with marks on it, and the box was beat up too. It didn’t look new at all, which was disappointing. I expected better, especially when opening it for the first time. Not much else to add, just wasn’t a great experience.

"Left me unsure and waiting around"
I didn’t get the best feeling using thestreets.ie. Some of the information felt a bit unclear, and I wasn’t totally sure who I was actually dealing with, which made me nervous before ordering. On top of that, waiting around without feeling confident about what was going on just made the whole thing more frustrating. Maybe other people have had a better experience, but trust is really important to me, and this site didn’t give me enough reassurance. I’d definitely be careful and double-check everything first.
